Shipping & Returns

NOTE:: None of our products are sold, stocked or delivered within Australia or in New Zealand. All items are shipped direct from Thailand or Europe to individual persons for their private use.


RETURN POLICY

We accept returns by permission only. Returning something to us does not guarantee that we'll take it back or issue a refund. Contact us via CONTACT US form to make arrangements for the return.

  • Item must be unused - unopened - shrink wrapped
  • In original packaging and in perfect packing condition.
  • Shipping charges are paid by the customer


We will NOT refund shipping charges. Furthermore, we are NOT reselling or restocking returned items due our strict hygiene policy. This is part of our buyers protection so you will always receive new and unused products.

To be eligible for a refund, you MUST return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds are issued within 48H after receiving the returned item (not the day it was shipped back to us).


BROKEN ITEMS

* Note: proof of broken and or damaged shipments must be provided by the customer in the form of a photo and documentation for damaged shipment from your local post office.


LOST ITEMS

* Note: proof of lost shipments must be provided by your local post office. Documentation is needed. We will recheck all these claims from your local postoffice, postal distribution center and your local customs until the product is reshipped. It could be that the item is still in transit, customs or was accidentally delivered by your postal service to the wrong address.


SHIPPING ADDRESS & UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If you fail to provide an updated and correct shipping address for the delivery and the product is returned to us we will not reship to unless re-shipping charges are paid by the customer. The same applies to unclaimed items.

All shipments that have been returned because they were unclaimed will be subject to a recycling fee unless re-shipping charges are paid by the customer.  We receive documentation as proof from any country if package was unclaimed.


SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

We charge $3.10AUD for Registered Mail fee. There is no charge for packing material or packaging.  All shipping costs are based purely on shipping cost by weight. We ship daily to over 30 countries (direct sales, distribution, retail channels). Totally to over 50 different countries monthly.


DELIVERY TIME

All orders & packages are processed & shipped from our facility in 24-48 Hours. Between Monday and Friday we deliver between 09.00-17.00 to Thailand Post Service. Saturday between 09.00-11.00. Your package leaves Thailand within 2-3 days after your order. Most of the time package is in Thailand Post Service in Airport Distribution Center.

Your local post, custom formalities & transit times are no longer under our control. Jurisdiction of the domestic delivery is in your Postal Service hands (Australian Post, USPS, Parcel Force, Deutche Post etc.).

All packages are shipped as 1st Class Airmail package - REGISTERED MAIL which can be traced after entering your country from your local post office. NOTE: it's not like UPS, FedEX or TNT  live point to point tracking. Package arrives to its destination in 7-16 days. If it takes more than 15 days please visit your local post office and give your Registered Mail number & claim your package. In many cases they have left a notice at your front door but it was lost.

If you need to return an item (by permission only), simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products to certain countries, and some products cannot be shipped to those destinations.
